1. The body adopts aluminum profile assembly technology, with a lifelong concept of no scrap. The cleaning room rack is welded with 5-mile stainless steel plates, which are characterized by high stress, good support, not easy to deform, and not easy to wear. The sheet metal cover and water bucket are both made of high-quality stainless steel material
2. The wind blade is made of German made aluminum alloy die-casting technology, characterized by high air volume and low noise
3. Three sets of 160mm diameter brushes in the cleaning room, capable of washing LOW-E glass
4. There are 4 water pumps, each with a separate water pump for each brush. At the inlet, there are 2 sets of spray nozzles with air knives to blow water
5. The rubber roller with a diameter of 80mm and all brushes use stainless steel shaft heads
6. The fan and blade adopt a circulating air design. The 15 meter speed fan blade adopts a straight and inclined layout, while the 20 meter speed fan blade adopts a two straight and one inclined layout with heating function.
7. The transmission method is a 3-mode helical belt variable frequency speed regulation, characterized by low noise and low load
8. The brush driving method is independent driving of the upper and lower brushes, using imported SPA belts to drive. The brush motor adopts a gear motor, which has the characteristics of high torque and will not cause the brush to get stuck due to frequency conversion
9. The whole machine is controlled by PLC. The contactor adopts Schneider Electric, and the electrical cabinet is installed above the machinery, which is safer designed and does not take up space.
